What we deliver

Our offering

Geothermal energy from the bedrock, about 2,000 metres down, gives stable heat around the clock, all year round. We design, drill and deliver the complete heating system for your property with our own GM2000 rig. Own the system, or choose Energy as a Service.

Who we help

Where deep geothermal fits.

We screen each property or site on its own heat demand, geology and access. Five kinds of buyer start the same way.

We design, drill and deliver the complete heating system for your building.

  • Drilled with our own GM2000 rig.
  • Borehole, heat-pump plant and building connection from one team.
  • Building new? We can drill early and heat the construction site.

Complete system

One complete system, from bedrock to building.

We engineer and design the heating centre around your building.

Heat-pump compressors, storage, filtration, controls and metering. Designed for your property and verified before handover.

Section, not to scale · One closed loop to about 2,000 m, the heating centre and the building

    Custom-designed heating centre

Turn source energy into useful heat

Heat pumps, storage and filtration sized for your building.

  2. 02

    Commissioning

    Verified and handed over

Controls, metering and building connection verified before handover.

  3. 03

    Property operations

    A baseline to measure against

Commissioning values recorded for performance review and maintenance.

  4. 04

    Long-lived source

Depth set by geology and demand

About 2,000 m at the Jordbro borehole we drilled. Closed-loop collector; no groundwater extracted.

Final heating-centre and borehole systems are property-specific. See the four steps from property to heat

Own or buy

Own the system, or buy the heat.

Both routes use the same system, designed for your property. What changes is who owns it and how you pay.

Primary offer · You own it

Own the system

Own the infrastructure and keep control of the asset.

Your property

You invest up front in the borehole, heating centre and controls, and the property owns the asset. Scope, price and responsibilities are fixed after feasibility.

Jordbro plant-room footprint
  • One physical scope. Borehole, collector, heat-pump plant, controls, metering and building connection are planned together.
  • Sized for the property. Annual demand, peak load, geology, temperatures, access, power capacity and plant-room conditions determine the design.
  • Own the long-lived asset. The property retains the infrastructure; price, warranty and responsibilities are fixed after feasibility.

The Jordbro figures show one configuration. Every new system is sized to the property through feasibility and a defined offer.

Alternative · You buy the heat

Energy as a Service

Geocadia finances the system, and you pay for metered heat.

Metered heat, per kWh
Owner
Geocadia

With Energy as a Service, Geocadia finances, owns and operates the system, so there is nothing to invest up front. The property pays per kWh of metered heat under a property-specific agreement.

No customer capex
Only with Energy as a Service: Geocadia finances and owns the installed system
Pay per kWh
For the metered heat you receive, excluding the heat-pump electricity. The customer buys the heat-pump electricity on top of the heat charge, so electricity prices still affect the total heating cost.
25 to 30 years
Typical agreement term
  • Buy metered heat. The property buys useful output while Geocadia owns and services the physical system.
  • Set terms property by property. Price, indexation, guarantees, term and end-of-term options follow feasibility.

Indicative economics are tested against the property’s demand, electricity assumptions and contract structure before any offer.
