Who we heat
We design, drill and deliver the complete heating system for your building.
One deep geothermal system for the whole association. We design, drill and deliver it.
Deep geothermal heat for schools, care homes, sports halls and city heating networks. We design, drill and deliver it.
Steady heat for your operations. We size a deep geothermal system to your load and deliver it.
We turn your data centre’s heat into heating for the buildings around it, backed by our deep borehole.
Commercial paths
Both routes use the same system, designed for your property. What changes is who owns it and how you pay. In both, the property pays for the electricity that runs the heat pumps.
Ownership case
You invest up front in the borehole, heating centre and controls, and the property owns the asset. The property also pays for the electricity that runs the heat pumps. Scope, price and responsibilities are fixed after feasibility.
Delivered-heat case
Geocadia finances, owns and operates the system, so there is nothing to invest up front. The property pays per kWh of metered heat under a property-specific agreement, plus the electricity that runs the heat pumps.
Our project · Catena, Jordbro
Our own GM2000 rig drilled the borehole at Catena’s Jordbro property. The system is installed and operating, designed to supply about 1,500 MWh of heat a year. Every new system is sized to the property’s demand, geology, access and integration.

At Catena’s Jordbro property, we drilled about 2,000 metres into the bedrock with our own GM2000 rig. The closed-loop system is installed and operating, designed to supply about 1,500 MWh of heat a year.

How heat moves from the bedrock through a closed-loop collector and heat pumps to the building.

Local heat supply, a long-lived ground source and two commercial routes, assessed against the needs of each property.

## ENTIRE_SYSTEM
Geocadia designs custom heating systems and sizes the heat pumps, drills with its own GM2000 rig, then installs and commissions the heating centre and building connection.
One complete deep-geothermal energy system: we design, drill and deliver the heating system, with our own drilling rig and a custom heating centre, planned together and connected to the building. The homepage photograph shows our GM2000 at Jordbro (actual Geocadia field photograph). Below the photograph, a drawing of the borehole runs down to about 2,000 m. Blue is cold water going down; orange is warm water coming up.
## HOW_IT_WORKS
Colour key used in the diagrams: blue is cold water going down; orange is warm water coming up. The loop is closed, so no groundwater is extracted. Electricity runs the heat pumps.

## DRILL_SITE
Geocadia plans the complete temporary worksite before equipment arrives: the GM2000 rig with compressors, rod handling, cuttings containment, access and the field office, arranged around the property's conditions. The property gets a worksite plan before drilling starts.
## COMMERCIAL_MODELS
Who owns what: both models use the same system, designed for the property. Own the system is the primary offer; Energy as a Service is the alternative, where the property buys the heat. With Own the system, the property owns it and invests up front. With Energy as a Service, Geocadia owns and operates it, and the property pays per kWh of heat with nothing to invest up front. No customer capex applies only to Energy as a Service. In both models, the property pays for the electricity that runs the heat pumps.

## WHO_WE_HEAT

## GEOCADIA_CONSTRUCTION_HEAT
Construction Heat is a separate project lifecycle, not a third homepage commercial model. Geocadia drills the permanent borehole early and connects a mobile energy station to supply construction heat and controlled drying. Continued use after handover is assessed property by property.

At Catena’s Jordbro property, Geocadia drilled a borehole about 2,000 metres deep with its own GM2000 rig. The system is installed and operating, designed to supply about 1,500 MWh of heat a year. We design each system around the property's heat demand, geology and building connection.
The field photograph in the Jordbro case shows Jordbro, Sweden, as confirmed by Geocadia. The homepage also includes separate context footage of drill pipes stored beside field equipment. That clip is not attributed to the Jordbro property. It is used with permission. Its site and videographer remain to be confirmed.
Geocadia drilling equipment and crews operate across different field conditions. Property planning coordinates the worksite, access, water handling, field records and handover.
Our own rig and crews at work: actual Geocadia photographs show a winter drilling crew beside the GM2000 rig, the GM2000 with separate support units and a Geocadia-branded field support unit. Two short Geocadia field videos show site preparation and casing drilling; they are used with permission, their site attribution and videographer remain to be confirmed, and playback is always controlled by the visitor. A further clip shows GM2000 equipment moving at a worksite.
The GM2000 is Geocadia's own drilling rig. Worksite planning and operator controls connect the drilling stage to a property-specific borehole, custom heating centre and building connection. Equipment configuration and site layout are property-specific.

Product and R&D: one system record from design to operation. The digital system model connects property load, system sizing, drilling evidence and the commissioned heating centre, so decisions keep their technical context: property demand and heating-centre sizing; drilling parameters, geology and as-built geometry; and the commissioning baseline for operations and maintenance. The homepage shows it as a concept visual; product outputs and system configuration remain project-specific.
