# Geocadia Content-Version: 2026-10-07.1 Last-Updated: 2026-09-27 Primary-Entity: Entire System ## Commercial models - Own the system (commercial model): the property invests up front and owns the complete installed energy system. It also pays for the electricity that runs the heat pumps. - Energy as a Service (commercial model): no customer capex. Geocadia finances, owns and operates the property-specific energy system while the property buys metered heat under a long-term agreement and also pays for the heat-pump electricity. ## Entire System Geocadia designs custom heating systems and sizes the heat pumps, drills with its own GM2000 rig, then installs and commissions the heating centre and building connection. The approved physical scope is one engineered chain: - Deep borehole and closed-loop collector - Custom-designed heating centre with a cascade of heat-pump compressors, circulation pumps, storage and filtration - Controls, metering and property integration; building connection and commissioned heat Every property receives its own feasibility screen, system design and commercial offer. Colour key used in the site's diagrams: blue is cold water going down; orange is warm water coming up. ## Who we heat Geocadia screens each property or site on its own heat demand, geology and access. Five kinds of buyer start the same way: - Property owners and developers: We design, drill and deliver the complete heating system for your building. Drilled with our own GM2000 rig. Borehole, heat-pump plant and building connection from one team. Building new? We can drill early and heat the construction site. - Housing cooperatives (BRF): One deep geothermal system for the whole association. We design, drill and deliver it. One heating centre for every building in the association. A compact, permanent installation on the property. A sealed closed loop: no groundwater is extracted. - Municipalities and city heating: Deep geothermal heat for schools, care homes, sports halls and city heating networks. We design, drill and deliver it. Heat for a single building or a group of municipal buildings. A local source that can feed a city heating network. Drilled, installed and commissioned by our own team. - Industry and large heat users: Steady heat for your operations. We size a deep geothermal system to your load and deliver it. Sized to your site's heat load. A steady heat source from deep in the bedrock. Design, drilling, plant and commissioning from one team. - Data centres: We turn your data centre's heat into heating for the buildings around it, backed by our deep borehole. We recover the heat your servers give off. We design the heat-pump plant and the connections to nearby buildings. Our deep borehole backs up the heat supply. ## Geocadia Construction Heat Slogan: Heat and dry the build. Then assess the permanent route. Geocadia Construction Heat is an early-use lifecycle for the Entire System, not a third commercial model. Geocadia drills the permanent borehole early and connects a mobile energy station for construction heat and controlled drying. After handover, Geocadia assesses whether the borehole and primary circuit suit the completed property. The three phases are: - Drill early: coordinate the permanent borehole, access and temporary worksite with the foundation programme. - Heat and dry: connect a mobile energy station for construction heat and controlled drying before handover. - Assessed continuation: assess whether the borehole and primary circuit suit the completed property. Construction Heat can create value before handover. Any continued operation is then designed and offered separately for the completed property. ## Current field technology Detailed current capabilities and roadmap: https://geocadiagroup.com/software#operational-controls Available now: property-specific site planning, GM2000 and GMair35 controls, and GM Tracker drilling-data records. RobotArm automated drill-rod handling is an available add-on. These capabilities help the property team see delivery risk earlier, follow progress and preserve a traceable field record. ## GM2000 drilling equipment The GM2000 is Geocadia's own drilling rig. Geocadia plans the drilling worksite, support equipment and operator controls as part of a property-specific heating system, connecting the borehole to a custom heating centre and building connection. Read the product story at https://geocadiagroup.com/gm2000 and its role in complete-system design at https://geocadiagroup.com/news/gm2000-complete-system. The drill-site setup is at https://geocadiagroup.com/#system-drill-site. Equipment configuration and site layout are property-specific. The new equipment photographs have no confirmed site attribution and do not establish drilling depth, output or performance guarantees. ## Software and observability Geocadia software provides delivery observability by connecting available-now field controls, drilling records and property-specific evidence. It keeps critical drilling parameters visible, makes deviations easier to identify and gives the property manager commissioning evidence and a traceable handover record. Planned 2027 capabilities add a connected digital twin, AI-assisted analysis and expanded robotics for clearer system visibility, earlier insight and preventive-maintenance planning. ## Available in 2027 Planned for 2027: a connected digital twin, AI-assisted analysis and expanded robotics. These future capabilities are not part of the current offer. ## Jordbro project At Catena's Jordbro property, Geocadia drilled a borehole about 2,000 metres deep with its own GM2000 rig. The system is installed and operating, with a design target of about 1,500 MWh of heat a year. Source: geometry and plant figures from the Geocadia Sales Presentation, 10 August 2026; public depth rounded to about 2,000 metres and annual heat output corrected by the Geocadia sales team on 25 August 2026; drilling attribution confirmed by Geocadia on 27 September 2026. New properties receive their own design and offer. Project summary, 27 September 2026 (https://geocadiagroup.com/news?topic=Projects): Geocadia planned the worksite around the property and drilled about 2,000 metres into the bedrock. A sealed, closed-loop collector in the borehole brings the heat up without extracting any groundwater and feeds a heating centre where heat pumps raise the temperature for the building. Heat-pump design: four 60 kW heat pumps. Plant-room footprint: 25 to 40 m². Status: installed and operating. Design target: about 1,500 MWh of heat a year. Jordbro is one operating configuration; a new system is sized to the property's heat demand, the geology, access for the worksite and the connection to the building. The field photograph in the Jordbro case shows Jordbro, Sweden, as confirmed by Geocadia. The homepage also includes separate context footage of drill pipes stored beside field equipment. That clip is not attributed to the Jordbro property. It is used with permission. Its site and videographer remain to be confirmed. ## Property enquiry The property-enquiry page presents one structured property screen with: - Customer need: Complete geothermal system or Construction Heat. - Commercial route: Not decided, Own the system or Energy as a Service. - Property inputs: address, postcode, city, heated floor area, annual heat demand when known, current heat source and target timing. The Submit enquiry button is enabled only when the database capture API confirms availability. It saves validated requests in private Firestore storage for human review and a manually forwarded daily sales digest. It does not send automatic email or provide an instant automated property assessment. If unavailable, the form directs visitors to the working interim email contact. ## About Geocadia 56 FTE work across Sweden and Finland. - Board & leadership: Anders Tollsten, Chairman; Mats Jonsson, Board member and CTO; Thomas von Koch, Board member and Investor; Joakim Jansson, Board member and CEO; Gunilla Bjerre, Board member; and Jan Blomgren, Board member. - Executive: Joakim Jansson, CEO; Mats Jonsson, CTO; Adam Tollsten, CPO; William Ahlström, CCO; and Andrew Mackin, CFO. - Commercial: Adam Tollsten, CPO; Sebastian Bergström, Key Account Manager; Hampus Kallstenius, Business Development; and Mats Alerius, Senior Sales Advisor. - R&D: Mats Jonsson, CTO and R&D lead; Ragnar Gustafsson; Andela Grujic; Vibhor Mani Choudhary, Head of AI & Robotics; Juhani Lehti, CEO, Geocadia Machines Oy; Vesa-Matti Salminen, CTO, Product Management & Engineering; and Pasi Majakangas, CDO, Digitalization & Data Analysis. Geocadia's current planning range for rock temperature at about 2,000 metres is 30 to 40 °C; the actual temperature is site-specific. No groundwater is extracted. Ground-loop fluid and refrigerant use separate circuits. Heat pumps need electricity. Local geology, building demand, operating temperatures and the complete commercial comparison determine suitability. No general article establishes savings, emissions reductions, asset life or heat output for a particular property.
